A project agreement becomes binding only when both parties have signed a written contract and a deposit has been received as outlined in that contract. Until those conditions are met, no work will be scheduled and no installation will begin.

Written proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Material and labor costs may change after that period.

Service Scope and Limitations

We provide artificial grass installation and related services in Marin County, California. Our services are available to property owners and authorized agents of property owners. The property owner or their authorized representative is responsible for:

• Ensuring they have the legal right and authority to authorize work on the property.
• Providing accurate property dimensions and relevant site conditions when requesting an estimate.
• Obtaining any HOA approvals, permits, or neighbor consents required before work begins.
• Disclosing known site conditions such as underground utilities, irrigation lines, drainage issues, or prior construction.
